Conditions of use for our website and services
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the website operated by Sauti Language Solutions LLC (“Sauti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of sautilanguagesolutions.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the website.
Sauti Language Solutions LLC provides over-the-phone interpretation (OPI), video remote interpretation (VRI), and certified document translation services, primarily serving Language Service Companies, healthcare providers, legal service providers, government agencies, and business clients.
The content on this website — including service descriptions, rate cards, language lists, and process explanations — is informational and does not itself constitute a binding service agreement. Actual service terms, pricing, and deliverables are governed by a separate signed vendor agreement or client services agreement executed between Sauti and the requesting party.
By using this website, you represent and warrant that:
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Sauti Language Solutions LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use or as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Interpretation and translation services may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, client-specified VRI platforms, or telephone conferencing systems). Sauti is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or terms of use of these third-party platforms.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate access, permissions, and equipment to use any third-party platform required for service delivery. Sauti does not warrant that third-party platforms will be free from interruption, error, or security breach.
Sauti Language Solutions LLC recognizes that interpretation and translation work routinely involves sensitive, private, and privileged information. It is Sauti's policy to require every interpreter, translator, and staff member engaged to provide services to sign a written confidentiality agreement before being assigned any work, and to prohibit disclosure, retention of copies, or unrelated use of any information encountered during an assignment, including patient health information, legal case details, personal data, or proprietary business information belonging to a client or end user.
These confidentiality obligations are designed to survive completion of the assignment and any termination of an interpreter's or translator's relationship with Sauti. Sauti interpreters and translators are expected to adhere to recognized professional standards of accuracy, impartiality, and confidentiality consistent with prevailing codes of ethics in the language services industry.
Where an assignment involves Protected Health Information (PHI), confidentiality and data handling obligations are additionally governed by HIPAA and by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed directly with the requesting healthcare client, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The information and services provided through this website are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sauti makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or the information, content, materials, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website.
Interpretation and translation services are performed by human interpreters and translators. While Sauti maintains rigorous quality standards through the Sauti Academy training program, scored assessments, and ongoing coaching, we do not warrant that any interpretation or translation will be perfect, error-free, or suitable for every specific context. Our commitment is to professional standards of care, not to guaranteed outcomes.
Certified document translations are a distinct deliverable and are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Accuracy attesting that the translation is, to the best of the translator's knowledge and ability, a complete and accurate rendering of the source document. This certification applies specifically to the translated document delivered and does not extend to live interpretation services (OPI/VRI), which are performed in real time and are subject to the inherent variability of human communication as described above.
Sauti does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sauti Language Solutions LLC and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall Sauti Language Solutions LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website exceed the amount you have paid to Sauti, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
Note: The liability cap above is a general default that applies to website use, general service inquiries, and any engagement not yet governed by a separate signed agreement. As of the effective date of these Terms, Sauti does not have client-specific service agreements in place. Once a client enters into a written services agreement with Sauti — including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for healthcare clients — the liability, indemnification, and insurance terms of that signed agreement will govern the parties' relationship for that engagement and will supersede the general cap in this Section 7 to the extent they conflict.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sauti Language Solutions LLC and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Either party may terminate a signed service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, at the election of the party initiating the dispute.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sauti Language Solutions LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Sauti shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
This website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Sauti concerning your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
